CrewFlow Technologies Private Limited is a B2B SaaS company headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. We build workforce communication infrastructure for retail chains, hospitals, and manufacturers — the industries where a missed shift isn't just inconvenient, it's a serious operational problem.
Why we built this
Most workforce communication still runs on phone trees, WhatsApp groups, and manual calls. Managers spend hours chasing staff for shift confirmations. Cover requests get buried in group chats. No-shows go unaddressed until it's too late.
CrewFlow was founded in Pune in 2024 to replace all of that with an automated platform. Shift reminders go out automatically. Coverage alerts dial available staff the moment a no-show is logged. Staff confirm or decline by pressing a button on an IVR call — no app, no login, no friction.
Everything is tracked, timestamped, and logged. Managers get a clean dashboard. HR teams get audit trails. Operations teams get fewer gaps on the floor.
